Natalie Hart, AMFT
Primary Therapist
Natalie received her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University in 2023. After her year-long internship at Rady Children’s Hospital, she discovered her passion in helping people with eating disorders. Throughout her time in this field, Natalie has developed a focus on using Art Therapy techniques to promote healing, insight, and emotional regulation in her work. As an athlete, Natalie has a unique understanding of how eating disorders can impact one’s relationship to movement and is committed to challenging unhelpful diet-culture narratives. While not at work, you can find Natalie practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, reading too many novels at once, or searching for her next travel destination.
