Diana is a seasoned healthcare leader with over 11 years of experience at Acadia Healthcare.
With a strong clinical background as a Registered Nurse, she brings a deep understanding of patient needs, evidence-based guidelines, and payer requirements. She has led multidisciplinary teams in streamlining prior authorization processes, reducing hospital readmissions, and enhancing case review protocols through data-driven decision-making and collaborative leadership.
Prior to Montecatini, she held a key leadership role at Acadia Healthcare, near Chicago, where she played a pivotal role in improving medical necessity review accuracy and implementing cost-containment strategies that aligned with organizational and patient care goals.
Diana holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Governors State University. She is committed to advancing healthcare delivery through innovation, compliance, and compassionate leadership. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling the world with her husband and three kids; and running which keeps her focused, goal-oriented, and energized.
