The Master Plan for Healing

Attachment is the Master Key. When we heal attachment patterns in the body, all other pathologies follow.
Join us as we learn to use this breakthrough therapy for regulating the autonomic nervous system where the core of all healing lies.

Change the Body, Change the Mind

The Adult Attachment Repair Model (AARM) is a breakthrough neurobiological approach for addressing neural disregulation in the body. It is based on seminal research and some of the latest discoveries in attachment theory, neurobiology and complex trauma. Through the integration of principles from Ego State Theory, Ethology, Consilience Theory and Dr. Stephen Porges’ Polyvagal Theory the AARM creates an opening for the release of stored trauma followed by the introduction of vital sensory narratives for restructuring the autonomic nervous system.

The AARM addresses developmental, or early attachment trauma as well as other forms of complex trauma in the body. The main assumption is that when the structure of ego states is dysfunctional by way of separation and ego isolation, a large number of presenting problems can be traced to a compromised neural architecture which is relied upon as the blue print for self-concept. The AARM addresses this disregulation with
neural modulation and limbic attunement creating a biological shift to physical and emotional well-being.
