Our staff understands the emotions, physical and social issues that correlate with this disorder on a daily basis. We know diets are not the answer and it isn't just a matter of “willpower”. - Fitness Fusion is a FUNctional fitness class designed and individualized for our patients. By utilizing stability balls and resistance tubes, this component of our program embraces some aspects of pilates core work, stretching and are designed to challenge muscular strength without compromising alignment or overloading the body.

- This group provides education on the warning signs, triggers and the importance of a highly structured relapse prevention plan. Included in this group is education on different types of addictions which are explored and integrated into their relapse prevention plan.

- Montecatini's approach includes exploring the rule spirituality plays in each individual's life. Patients have the opportunity to discuss their belief systems and look at the rule of spirituality in healing, strength and purpose.
- Online Continuing Care
- CRC Health's Online Eating Disorder Support Group is a Continuing Care program that provides world-wide accessibility through live, anonymous, online group sessions. The groups meet for one hour each week with an experienced counselor to discuss topics that enhance quality of life and prevent relapse. In their online groups, members give and receive support from others who can relate to the complex issues, stresses, and fears associated with the process of recovery.
